Reservations
We highly recommend that all spa treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Preparing for your treatment
Please arrive at the Spa at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the maximum treatment time. We regret that if you arrive late for your treatment we may have to reduce your treatment time depending on the bookings following your appointment. For men, we recommend you shave at least 1 hour prior to having a facial treatment.

Special considerations
Guests who are pregnant, or who have any medical problems are advised to consult their doctor before using any of the Spa services.

Cancellation policy
We request a minimum of 3 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment; if not a 50% cancellation fee is applicable. Please call us, we will be happy to reschedule.

Pricing
The prices are quoted in Thai Baht and are subject to 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.

What to wear
You may wish to wear your own bikini for bath treatment, alternatively treatment may be enjoyed without clothing or we can provide you with hygienic disposable underwear. Our therapist will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

Valuables
We request that no jewelry be worn during your visit to the Spa, please leave any valuables in the safe provided in your room. The management of Cape Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables of any kind bought on to the Spa premises.

Speak up
Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, everyone is different. Please let your therapist know if there is any way that she can improve your treatment or comfort, for example: heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, no music etc.

SPA MENU

Thai massage still remains popular among both locals and visitors to Thailand. It is based on acupressure,
a type of massage in which finger pressure on the specific bodily sites described in acupuncture therapy is used to promote healing, alleviate fatigue and promote general well-being.

This massage utilizes the principles of reflexology, a system of massaging specific areas of the foot in order to promote healing and relieve stress in other parts of the body via the pathways of the nervous system.

This is the classic Thai Traditional massage. It works the body’s deep tissue using firm strokes and thumb pressure as well as stretching techniques. By concentrating on the “Sen Sib” or 10 meridian lines of the body, this treatment restores flexibility and energy flow and alleviates chronic pain in the muscles and joints. This treatment is completed by a Thai Herbal Compress, a mixing of Thai Herbs with heat creating a steam compress for the body.

An aromatherapy massage is a massage that uses essential oils to stimulate blood flow and promote relaxation of the body and mind.

The most popular traditional European massage. Generally a Swedish massage uses five main strokes, all of which are done on the superficial layers of the muscles and generally in the direction of the blood flow toward the heart.

The sports massage is essentially a form of Swedish massage which caters specifically to athletes and active people. It is used before, during or after events to enhance an athlete’s performance.

This massage concentrates on those areas of your body that can cause the most trouble, the back and shoulders.

This is a part of The Ayurvedic form of healing and relaxation. We also use coconut oil according to the season to keep the hair strong, lustrous and in beautiful condition.

Body Scrub

Aiming for a healthy glow?  An exfoliating body treatment using sea-salts and Tamarind will remove ashen dead skin while invigorating your blood circulation.

Using various kinds of Thai Herbs mixed, this treatment is deigned to polish off your dead skin.  When finished, you will feel that your skin is smoother and healthier.
